•Make outward circles in the cheeks for 1-2 minutes. 

•Next, place the index finger on both sides of your nose over the smile, which is about ½ inch from the outer corners of your lips. •Make small, outward circles with your fingers for 1 to 2 minutes. 

•Finally, place both index fingers on the ledge of your jaw. Make short, firm upward circles for 1 to 2 minutes. Repeat this several times a day.

•Inflate a balloon with your mouth.

Olive oil has been considered a very good technique for bloating the cheeks. It contains healthy, monounsaturated fats that help maintain healthy and supple skin. Olive oil works as the perfect moisturizer for dry skin and ensures soft skin. It also helps prevent wrinkles and fine lines.


•Take 1 tablespoon of very pure olive oil daily. 

•Massage in warm upward direction for 5-10 minutes with warm olive oil.

4)Aloe vera 

Aloe Vera has natural skin-tightening properties that help to relieve hanging cheeks and also promotes skin elasticity. In addition, the antioxidants present in Aloe Vera prevent damage caused by free radicals and boost collagen production to give you younger looking skin. 

•Massage the cheeks with Aloe Vera gel by turning round for 10 minutes. 

•Leave it for 10 minutes and then wash it with warm water. 

•Do this 2 times a day.

•Another solution can be taken by drinking 2 tablespoons of Aloe Vera gel and drinking it during the day.


Fenugreek helps you to have soft and puffy cheeks. It contains vitamins and antioxidants that protect against free radical damage and provide you with healthy and soft skin.

•Make a thick paste by mixing a tablespoon of fenugreek powder with a little water. Massage it lightly by applying it on your cheeks. Let it sit for 10 minutes and then wash it with water. Follow it once a day.

7) Apply rose water and glycerine on the cheeks

9) . Honey

•Make a paste by mixing one teaspoon of honey and papaya paste (grind some papaya pieces to make a paste).

• Apply this paste on your cheeks and allow it to dry for 10 minutes before rinsing with lukewarm water.

•Pour 1 tablespoon of raw honey in a glass of warm water. 

•Drink it once daily.


Milk is a very good way to thicken cheeks. It nourishes your skin and keeps your skin young. 

•Massage your cheeks with cold milk in an upward and circular motion for 5 minutes. •Let it sit for 5 minutes, then wash it with warm water.

•Drink 1 to 2 glasses of skim or low-fat milk daily.

Other ways to gain mass on face 

Whenever possible, avoid applying makeup to give your face a chance to breathe. •Always remove your makeup before sleeping. 

•Avoid smoking and drinking as these habits can reduce the elasticity of the skin and make you look older than you are. •Drink plenty of water throughout the day to keep your body well hydrated. 

•Apply sunscreen on your face to protect the skin from harmful ultraviolet rays. •Gently pinch them in both cheeks to naturally blush them.
